James Laman, J.D., LL.M
Managing Member
Mr. Laman graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago with a degree in Accounting. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1983 and an LL.M from Villanova University School of Law.
Jim is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New York Bars and to practice before the US Tax Court.

Stephen Taylor, J.D., LL.M
Tax Attorney
Steve graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He went on to enroll at Villanova University School of Law, obtaining both his J.D. (2010) and Masters of Taxation LL.M (2011).
Steve is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Steven Abel, J.D., LL.M
Tax Attorney
Steven graduated from the University of Maryland in 2009, majoring in both Economics and Criminology/Criminal Justice. He earned his J.D. at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2013, where he graduated cum laude. Steven earned his LL.M. in Taxation at Georgetown University Law Center in 2014 and received a certificate in Estate Planning.

Alexander Bonder, J.D., LL.M
Tax Attorney
Alex graduated from Gettysburg College in 2010, majoring in History. He earned his J.D. at Widener University Delaware Law School in 2015, where he graduated cum laude and served as a Staff Member on the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Alex earned his LL.M. in Taxation at Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2017.
Alex is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

J. Michael Shea, J.D., Ph. D.
Attorney
Michael is an attorney with a diversified legal service background in maritime and personal injury. He spent thirteen years as a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. Captain Shea has been an instructor at Everest University for eleven years and is the founder and Managing Director of St. Michael’s Legal Center, Inc., a not-for-profit pro bono legal center dedicated to helping parents with family law issues..
